Belated picture

We went to Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian meat buffet. They had a salad bar to try to fill us up before we could get to the meat, but we didn't fall for it. The waiters (better than that, meat servers!) walk around with different cuts of meat and offer you pieces. We saw... Sausage, multiple cuts of beef and lamb, ribs, chicken, and my personal favorite, bacon wrapped filet mignon. I was so busy eating that I forgot to take pictures until dessert. This is the tres leches cake, which was pretty good (when is tres leches ever bad?) but could have used a bit more condensed milk, especially around the edges. The papaya cream was basically a smoothie. Confession: when I was young, I used to think papaya tasted like puke. >.< This was delicious and not pukey in the slightest. I would definitely recommend Fogo de Chao... If you have money to spare. For 5 people, our total was close to $250. Good thing we had a gift card!

*wagsh* It was quite tasty! My favorite were the lamb and the bacon-wrapped filet mignon. The ribs were a bit dry and tough to chew, but the tender lamb and filet mignon more than made up for it. XD

Also, the GuaranĂ¡ Antarctica they had to drink was good. ^.^
